Mike : Hello! Good morning, Mr. George!
George: Good morning, Mr. Mike! So pleased to get your call. What can I help you?
Mike : I'd like to have a meeting with you to discuss our new project. I wonder if you have have
some minute this afternoon.
George: Actually, I was thinking about that, Mr. Mike. But, unfortunately I will be quite busy today
with another client. Would you mind to cancel our great meeting until tomorrow?
Mike : That's alright! Tomorrow would be excellent.
George: Thank you so much for your kindness, Mr. Mike. And I am deeply sorry for the delay.
Mike : You are very welcome, Mr. George. We are good partners. So, see you tomorrow at your
office. Good morning.
George: I cannot wait for our meeting, Mr. Mike. Have a great day!
Talking about a Contract
Betty : Mrs. Loren, it's Betty here. How are you doing?
Mrs. Loren: I'm doing okay, Betty. How about you?
Betty : I'm fine. Mrs. Loren, I would like to find out about our bid we had discussed before.
Mrs. Loren: Yeah, Betty. Let's talk more today at my office.
Betty : We are really excited to get started our collaboration. You informed me that it will
begin this week, right?
Mrs. Loren: Of course, Betty. Don't worry so much about that since we don't have any big
hindrance. We only need to sign the contract and our business will be going on.
Betty : I'm really eager to hear that, Mrs. Loren.
Mrs. Loren: Yes! We are very excited about it, too. Please come to my office before the lunch time
because we are going to have a power lunch.
Betty : Okay, Mrs. Loren. See you later!
Mrs. Loren: Yeah, I will be waiting for you.
Making a Complaint
Customer: Hello! Is this Mr. Jonson's office?
Secretary: Yes, right. How can I help you?
Customer: I'm Parker, your new customer. I wish to make a complaint.
Secretary: I'm really sorry to hear that, Mr. Parker. What's the problem, actually?
Customer: Last week I have ordered some products, but I haven't received that. It was supposed to
arrived 3 days ago.
Secretary: We are terribly sorry for such inconvenience, Mr. Parker. Please give me a second to
check our delivery report first.
Customer: Yes, please!
Secretary: Mr. Parker! I have checked your order and found that there is a technical error in aor data
base. I will call you back once it's solved.
Customer: OK! But please as soon as possible because I urgently need the goods.
Secretary: Yes, sure! We always do our best for our customers, Mr. Parker.
Customer: Alright! Thank you!
Secretary: Most welcome, Mr. Parker. Please feel free to contact us if there are another problems.
Customer: OK, I will. Good bye!
Secretary: Bye! Have a great day!
